Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Senemi Group, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our Senemi Growth and Wellness Kits. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the process for cancellations and refunds, subject to the terms of the Senemi Associate Engagement Agreement (the “Agreement”) signed at the time of purchase. This policy may be updated at any time; the latest version will be posted on senemigroup.com. Please review the latest version before making a purchase.
1. Cancellation Within Cooling-Off Period
- You may request cancellation within 2 days from the date of purchase confirmation.
- To initiate cancellation, email info@senemi.in with your order details, Participant ID, and reason for cancellation.
- Upon approval, the full purchase amount (inclusive of GST, if applicable) will be reimbursed to your original payment method within 6–8 business days.
- Cancellations after 2 days will be treated as mid-tenure terminations (see below).
2. Mid-Tenure or Pre-Term Termination
If you seek to terminate the Agreement before the end of its term (e.g., after availing partial services/products or mid-way through the redemption period), the refund process is governed by the Agreement.
- Refunds are exceptional and subject to the company’s forfeiture policy, deducting costs for services/products already delivered, administrative fees, and any utilized reward points/vouchers.
- Requests must be submitted in writing to info@senemi.in, with supporting details.
- Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period, not exceeding 180 days from approval, with potential compensation (not exceeding 6% per annum) for delays beyond this timeline, proportionate to the delayed period.
- No refunds will be issued for change of mind after Kit activation or partial utilization, unless the company is unable to deliver as per the Agreement’s contingency clauses.
3. General Terms
- All refunds are subject to verification of legitimate claims and compliance with applicable laws, including GST refunds where eligible.
- Refunds do not include any incidental costs (e.g., bank charges).
- In case of disputes, the governing law and jurisdiction as per the Agreement apply.
- This policy does not apply to charitable contributions made via Kits to Senemi Foundation, which are non-refundable and used exclusively for charitable purposes.
